Mr. Lou Naser is the visionary founder and Managing Partner of AYYA Hospitality Group which represents the culmination of more than 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Mr. Naser created and actively curates the firm’s vision and mission while overseeing all key partnerships and strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, global growth, worldwide relationships.

Anthony’s responsibilities include researching and orchestrating the due diligence for AYYA Hospitality Group. He sits on our investment committee board for, which he provides input relating to specific investments and overall investment strategies.

Lowell Raven

AYYA Operations are led by Lowell Raven, who has over 12 years of experience in brand marketing, business strategy, and operations. His expertise in operating elevated concepts in both the retail and hospitality space is rooted in building efficient strategies that optimize creativity.
Previously with Las Vegas Sands Corp, his creative direction & leadership has proven to establish nightlife and restaurant venues as the pinnacle concepts in each market. With an extensive background in design and product development, he has also worked in collaboration with market leaders such as Nike, American Express, and numerous celebrities and athletes.
When not in the office, Lowell enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and design.

Glenn Truitt

Mr. Truitt has been a licensed attorney since 2005, and is currently licensed in Nevada and California, and through his work for international law firms in Los Angeles, his management consulting, general counsel for both private and public companies, and nearly a decade of independent practice has helped him develop a unique approach to problem-solving and an appreciation of the importance of creativity in professional services.

Drew Kaiser

With over 17 years of hospitality experience, Drew brings operational expertise to our team from his years working in the highest volume, elite venues on the Las Vegas strip. From Tao Group to Javier's Cantina at Aria, he has worked from the bottom of the ladder up to managing dynamic venues and teams. His experience delivering upscale dining service brings our venues both efficient leadership and service driven standards to ensure we deliver pinnacle dining experiences across the AYYA brand portfolio.

Jai Shaun White

Our business and customer development are led by hospitality icon, Jai Shaun White, who has extensive hospitality experience with over 10 years with Wynn Las Vegas. For over a decade, he has led and evolved experience driven hospitality in multiple markets.
His ability to procure unique opportunities and cultivate authentic partnerships gives our company the leading edge in the market. Jai Shaun’s extensive knowledge of major market experiences are derived from his elite A+ list network of clientele in both the business & entertainment world.

Jeremy Kambel

Jeremy brings a multidisciplinary background to the AYYA team with emphasis on business, fitness, & operational standards. After graduate school, his leadership and team development skills were refined for a career in the commercial fitness industry from his years of service in the US Air Force Reserve & law enforcement. With 12+ years of experience, Jeremy holds an impressive list of advanced certifications from industry leaders such as the NSAC, NASM, & Precision Nutrition. His widely respected knowledge of health, nutrition, and human performance impacts and creates results in both our business performance as well as guest experiences.

Deon Hodges

Partner, VP of Fitness Operations

After completing his Degree in Exercise Science, Deon Hodges entered his coaching journey in 2011 at the grass roots level and over a decade later he’s now one of the most sought-after elite performance coaches in the country. He brings to the AYYA team his experience and expertise in speed performance, knowledge of sports science, and prioritizing the athlete’s individual development. Known for his work with collegiate and world renown professional athletes, his widely respected knowledge of human performance elevates AYYA's brand experience in the fitness market.

David Housey

In late 2014, Mr. Housey co-founded Private Wealth Law (then Ideal Business Partners), as a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing corporate law, corporate finance, and strategy. At PWL, David works across industries and focuses his practice on Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Restructuring, Operations and Management Services as well as assisting with financial expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Asset Protection.

Diana Sin

Over the last 15 years Diana Sin has established herself as a leader and innovator in the residential, retail, & hospitality design industry. Her trend setting designs for powerhouse companies such as The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, Penn Gaming and the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders are featured prominently across the country. She has been a proud member of award-winning firms where she has designed timeless and notable luxury suites, high profile hotel guestrooms, restaurants, bars, custom residences, and elevated gaming and retail experiences.
Her passion and vision are rooted in the idea that spaces should be designed to stimulate emotions and inspire behavior. Her designs are often influenced by the surrounding elements, and always speak to the client's identity and vision. When Diana isn't busy designing and impacting our projects, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two boys.
